Fast easy weight loss can be achieved over a period of time. You can burn off calories with a personalized exercise program devised by a personal trainer and watch what you eat with a diet plan, devised with the assistance of a dietitian. Using professional help, will help to ensure you are taking the right steps to lose weight, the easy way.

The dietitian will show you a list of the foods that will help you lose weight and foods to avoid. Eating the right food is the secret to your success. If you avoid greasy burgers, doughnuts and fried chips, you are on the way. You can replace these with better alternatives like organic vegetables and fruit.

Organic Food Store

I did not know organic fruit and vegetables existed, until I tried some from the organic food store. I have never gone back to the food store to buy tasteless fruit and vegetables again. I now buy some organic produce from the organic food store and grow the rest in my own organic garden.

With the assistance of a personal trainer to help me devise a personal exercise program and the help of a dietitian to to make changes to my diet, has allowed me to review my options and be on the way to fast easy weight loss.

Fat People Sent To A Farm To Lose Weight

One of my favorite television shows to watch is NBC’s "The Biggest Loser." It’s a show about gigantically fat people who are sent to a farm to compete, to lose the most weight. I’m not a fan of reality shows by any stretch, but this one sucks me in every time.

Why? Because it debunks the myth of fast easy weight loss.

You see, there’s no such thing as fast easy weight loss. If you want to lose weight easily, you can do it by cutting down the amount of calories you take in. But that won’t be fast. If you want to lose weight fast, you can do that and exercise a whole bunch. But that won’t be easy.

Some People May Never Lose Weight

And that’s what’s great about The Biggest Loser. It shows these people - some of them nearly 500 pounds - working their asses off trying to burn as much as they can. Sometimes, usually right at the start, they drop ten pounds of more in a week. But many, many times, these people won’t lose any weight at all. In spite of working out daily. In spite of eating a healthy, balanced diet.

Because there’s no such thing as fast easy weight loss.

I know a thing or two about weight loss, having dropped twenty pounds in the past year. How’d I do it? By exercising five times a week and watching what I eat.

Workout Five Days A Week

My exercise regimen is simple. I ride a stationary bike anywhere from ten to fifteen miles a day, five days a week. I do one-hundred push-ups and one-hundred sit-ups. And I have two little ten pound dumbells that I use for curls and tricep exercises. I don’t have an athlete’s body, but I do have muscles and definition for the first time in my life.

My diet was similarly low-impact and common sense based. I cut out anything that was processed and loaded with preservatives. You don’t need to do anything radical like the Atkins diet or other nonsense; all you need to do is look at the ingredients. If it has stuff like "Xanthan gum," put it back.

Eating Salad Five Times A Week

I also kept snacks out of the house, with the exception of raw almonds and baby carrots. And I made sure to have a salad at least five times a week, while eating only one serving of meat per day. By doing this I went from 195 to 175 pounds, dropped my cholesterol 70 points and feel better about myself than I ever have.

Was it fast easy weight loss? No, but I know for a fact that it’s weight that will stay off.

Diet And Exercise Program Devised With Assistance From A Dietitian And A Personal Trainer

As I will continue to stay with this diet and exercise program I have devised, with assistance from a dietitian and a personal trainer. I asked the dietitian to help me out with my nutrition and showed me a list of foods that will help me lose weight. Foods like fruit and vegetables, raw nuts and wholegrain bread.

The dietitian also showed me, the foods to keep out of my diet. Foods that have a mountain of calories and high amount of carbohydrates like fried chips, chicken and burgers. I even threw out the bottle of mayonnaise and that sweet tomato sauce bottle.

I no longer place mayonnaise on my salads and use alternative ingredients to bring out the flavour and make the salad much more delicious. For example, I add herbs grown in my organic garden, to almost all my salads. The herbs taste much better than the mayonnaise.

Growing Organic Produce In My Own Organic Garden

I was disgusted with the tasteless fruit and vegetables I bought from the food store, so now I have my own garden and grow my own organic produce to use in my cooking. The organic produce is ripened naturally, and are used in my cooking the same day they are picked from my garden.

A personal trainer helped me set up a personalized and effective exercise program, to use in my home gym. I bought the equipment he recommended and helped me to get going in the first few sessions. I now exercise in the morning, before I head to work.

So now you know, how I managed to lose weight with my personalized fast easy weight loss program.
