Effective Weight Loss With A Custom Diet And Exercise Program

Effective weight loss can be gained with a combination of a custom diet and an exercise program, that meets your needs and requirements.

You can go to your doctor and ask for a referral to a nutritionist/dietitian who will help you devise an effective diet and exercise program, based on nutrition and exercise. No need for surgery or diet pills just to gain effective weight loss.

Lazy Diet Pills

Finding effective weight loss can be difficult. Sure, you can spend your life at the gym, obsessively exercising ends dieting every moment of the day to lose 10 pounds in a couple months, but who wants to do that? What I want is safe and effective weight loss, preferably in pill form.

I know that rapid weight loss is possible. I had a friend who shed 20 pounds of body fat loss in two months. This was almost unheard of! He'd been the same weight for years – at least 50 pounds over what he should have weighed. Yet he found a means to lose weight quickly. He is my hero.

Outlawed Weight Loss Pills

Unfortunately, the effective weight loss pills that he used have been outlawed since then. It seems that they can cause bouts of rage as well as heart attacks in people who use them. I say that this is a reasonable risk for effective weight loss.

Nowadays, it seems like there is no way to find good information about which pills provide effective weight loss. All of the pills claim to, but most of them contain nothing but junk. It is a fact that most diet pills nowadays are stuffed with caffeine and very little else.

Doubts About Diet Pills

They have a few herbs in them, but can these herbs really do anything to help you lose weight fast? I highly doubt it. I have been using weight loss pills for almost 2 years now, and none of them helped me lose anything.

I have yet to find any effective weight loss pills in fact. There's just no simple, effective way to lose weight.

Diet And Exercise Are Most Effective Weight Loss Program

I guess I might have to resign myself to doing it the old-fashioned way. I hate exercising, and I despise dieting, but if this is the only thing that works, I have no choice. After all, I am sick of being overweight.

It is hard for me to get dates, and people give me ugly looks on the street. All I want is to be treated nicely, and to have men swoon when they see me.

But to achieve effective weight loss looks like I will have to go on a strict diet and avoid all the fatty stuff like hamburgers and doughnuts and high fat cheeses. These are things that I like.

Instead I will eat lots of fruit and have natural foods and avoid snacks. If I have to have a snack these days, I will eat an apple or drink some fruit juice.

Exercise Bike

I have bought myself an exercise bike. I ride on it for about half an hour every morning before I jump into the shower. I then have a low carb breakfast without coffee or full cream milk. I now use soy milk on my breakfast cereal.

This has helped in reducing my overall weight and helped in my overall appearance. I seem to get better dates and do not spend too many Saturday nights on my own, like I used to.

The combination of my eating of natural foods and daily exercise on a bike has helped rejuvenate my body and has led to effective weight loss.
