A perfect assessment of body fat weight is not possible, as the measurement is reliant largely upon estimates, but if a person is trying to gauge overall health, a body fat monitor will give a very accurate measurement.

This is crucial if a person’s health is in jeopardy due to excess body fat. An accurate reading is the first step in deciding what must be done to decrease excess body fat and improve overall health.
